Assistance with Daily Activities– Residents who need assistance with showering, dressing, toileting, walking/moving, feeding, or transferring will have personal levels of care to meet their needs.

Activities- Residents will have planned activities throughout the week, that are created around resident interests and for memory care needs individuals will have tailored activities planned with the community such as music, memory games, and physical activities. One-on-one activities will also be available to make sure every resident has an opportunity to enjoy an activity if they prefer not to join the community activities.

Quality Medication Management– Medications are managed by trained staff to ensure proper adherence to physician orders and assist the resident with maintaining health. Our resident assistants are trained to monitor residents for unusual or acute symptoms after taking medications including speech changes, fainting, dizziness, headaches, fall risks, or other symptoms.


Personal Service Plans- Personal comprehensive assessments and individualized service plans are completed within 30 days of admission. Assessments and personal plans are used by staff for providing the resident personal tailored care.

Escorts and Reminders– Residents will be reminded to take medications, join the community for meals, participate in activities, and more. If a resident needs any assistance getting around, our resident assistants will gladly escort a resident to meals, activities, and around the community as needed.

24-7 On-Site Staff– Our community is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with awake staff available during the night for any needs a resident may have.

Incontinence Care: We understand that proper care and attention to toileting needs are necessary to help our residents maintain their independence, having incontinence can affect a resident’s quality of life and enjoyment. Our resident assistants will remind residents to take frequent restroom breaks, and escort as needed, encourage a resident to wear briefs or give a reminder and even pay attention to foods that may increase restroom frequency.

Dining Services– Three (3) meals are prepared daily, residents will have a choice of options in advance and may request dishes they prefer. Our kitchen will be open to residents 24-7 for snacks and beverages, seasonal fruits will also be available. Special diets are accommodated with physician orders or a Diet request form.

Laundry Service- Resident assistants will collect laundry weekly or as needed and launder, spot clean, iron and deliver to the room. Soiled laundry is cleaned immediately (dry clean is not included).

Housekeeping- All common areas and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily. Resident rooms are lightly cleaned and sanitized daily or as needed.

24 hr. Rolling Cameras– Each resident has a private camera in their room that is monitored 24/7 by staff only.
